Vegan tonkatsu (from the Asian Vegan Kitchen) with Japanese style simmered pumpkin and new potatoes
My modified version of General Tao's Tofu. That sauce is the shit! Highly recommended!
Vietname-style spring rolls (from the Asian Vegan Kitchen)
No-bake Black Bottom Peanut Butter Silk Pie from Vegan With A Vengeance. Soooo good!

That peanut butter silk pie looks way better than I imagined it would. You've inspired me to break out my copy of Vegan With a Vengeance and try it! I'll have to look for The Asian Vegan Kitchen, that sounds like a good one.
Yum! That looks so good! Especially the pie and spring rolls. They look so nice and tight! Mine are always big and messy
