The whole time I was hiking around Sh...Sanuki udon! The whole time I was hiking around Shikoku eating udon everyone was saying 'wait until you get to Kagawa, the udon there are <I>really</I> something'... they were right. I ate so much udon in Kagawa, yum. And locals told me that the correct way to eat udon is to swallow without chewing (!!), but that it's only possible to do that with the high-quality Sanuki udon.
